Introduction
There may be cases where hackers attack your site by inserting external resources such as media (images, audio, etc.) embedded on your site. Our engine is able to detect any external resources that come from unidentified domain. We will give you an alert if we find this external resource on your page.
However, we also understand that maybe your site will use external resources for certain needs so we provide an allowed domain configuration. This configuration will make it easier for you to whitelist domains that you consider safe or that you use on your site. By defining the main domain (e.g. domain.com) to be listed, our system will be able to whitelist those domains to prevent detected as unidentified domain.
There will be two-level of this configuration, tenant level and webpage level.
- Configuration at the tenant level will make the listed domains to be whitelisted on our system which applies to all webpages that are under the same tenant, which is the Allowed Domain.
- Configuration at the webpage level will make the listed domain to be whitelisted only for that webpage. The configurations that may have been previously set on the tenant level will still apply to this webpage, which Additional Allowed Domain.

Tenancy Concept
All items within the organization such as users, webpages, subscriptions, and whitelisting are grouped into a tenant concept (Agency). The tenant concept supports users to simplify operations so that management becomes centralized. This will also increase system security because users who are not in the same organization will not be able to see data from that organization.
