Introduction
Widget is a component of dashboard that displays information, such as summaries or statistical charts. To provide a necessary information through Widget, you shall create the Widget with the corresponding criteria.
Create Widget
Follow these steps to create a Widget.
1. After logging in to Nimbus Stream, click on the Cost Analytics service.
2. On the Sidebar, you will find Dashboard However, by default you will landed on the Dashboard page after clicking on the Cost Analytics service, as shown below.
3. Select a Dashboard in which the new Widget will be created.
4. Click on the Create Widget button.
5. Enter Widget Name in the Name field and input widget type by selecting an option in Widget Type dropdown.
6. Input filter that will be used, horizontal axis, vertical axis, indicator, series, segment (for pie chart), and granularity by selecting an option in respective dropdown.
7. After all necessary input are provided, you can see the Widget preview above the form.
8. If the Widget shown on the preview matches to your need, then click on the Save button below the form. The new Widget will be created and added into the Dashboard.
View Widget Details
Follow these steps to view Widget details.
1. After logging in to Nimbus Stream, click on the Cost Analytics service.
2. On the Sidebar, you will find Dashboard However, by default you will landed on the Dashboard page after clicking on the Cost Analytics service, as shown below.
3. Select a Dashboard in which a Widget will be viewed.
4. If you need to view a chart in details, you can click on the Expand icon button.
5. If you need to view the details of filter applied to a Widget, click on the Meatballs menu on a Widget, then select View option.
6. You will be redirected to the Widget filter details that shows the data in a table. Below is an example.
Edit Widget
Follow these steps to edit a Widget.
1. After logging in to Nimbus Stream, click on the Cost Analytics service.
2. On the Sidebar, you will find Dashboard However, by default you will landed on the Dashboard page after clicking on the Cost Analytics service, as shown below.
3. Select a Dashboard in which a Widget will be edited.
4. Click on the Meatballs menu on a Widget, then select Edit option.
5. Similar to when it was created, you can edit the Widget name, reselect the Widget type, filter that will be used, horizontal axis, vertical axis, indicator, series, segment (for pie chart), and granularity by selecting an option in respective dropdown. Click on the Save button after all have been set.
6. You changes will saved and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. You can also switch the axis type between Linear and Logarithmic by clicking on the Meatballs menu on a Widget, then select Linear/Logarithmic option.
7. Below are examples showing the difference between Linear and Logarithmic when they are expanded.

Delete Widget
Follow the steps to delete a Widget from a Dashboard.
1. After logging in to Nimbus Stream, click on the Cost Analytics service.
2. On the Sidebar, you will find Dashboard However, by default you will landed on the Dashboard page after clicking on the Cost Analytics service, as shown below.
3. Select a Dashboard in which a Widget will be deleted.
4. Click on the Meatballs menu on a Widget, then select Delete option.
5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click on the Delete button to confirm the deletion and the Widget will be removed from the Dashboard.
